There is no camping at LaSalle Falls, however, there are a number of National Forest and County Park campgrounds within a 45 minute drive.
Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest
Laura Lake Recreation AreaLaura Lake Campground offers a fun camping experience next to a pair of idyllic northwoods lakes, Laura Lake (106 acres) and Gordon Lake (51 acres). Both clear-water lakes have wilderness shorelines and fantastic scenery. On Gordon Lake, hemlocks and pines often lean out over the water and a spruce-tamarack bog lies on the west shore. Laura Lake is surrounded by areas of hemlocks, balsam fir, pines, and hardwoods. The Lake Trail circles Laura Lake and is one of the most scenic in this area. Laura Lake is a Loon nesting site and campers will hear their calls throughout the summer and fall.
There are 41 non-electric campsites. All sites offer plenty of shade and can accommodate tents and an RV/trailer (back-in only). Each site has a tent area, parking spur, picnic table and fire ring. Site #15 is the campground host. Campground amenities include drinking water (electric well & hand pump) and accessible vault toilets. 23 sites are reservable and 18 are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Morgan Lake Recreation AreaThe rustic campground on the south shore of Morgan Lake (44 acres) is one of the more remote recreation areas in the Chequamegon-Nicolet. The small clear-water lake is surrounded by a scenic pine, birch and hardwood forest and is restricted to electric motors only. There is a small shady picnic area and a swimming beach. The public boat landing is a half-mile west from the campground entrance on Morgam Lake Road.
There are 18 campsites that can accommodate a tent and a RV/trailer (max length varies). Every site is shaded and has tent area, parking spur, picnic table and fire ring. Many sites have views of the lake. A separate group site can accommodate tent camping for up to 25 people and up to 4 vehicles including one RV or camper trailer. Campground amenities include drinking water (hand-pump) and accessible vault toilets. There are no electric hookups. Eight individual sites and the group site are reservable.
Lost Lake Recreation AreaLost Lake Campground is one of the most scenic camping destinations in the eastern districts of the Chequamegon-Nicolet next to Franklin Lake and Luna-White Deer. This rustic family campground lies in a forest of oak, maple, ash, aspen, and birch on the north shore of Lost Lake (84 acres). The non-motorized lake’s clear waters and undeveloped shoreline combine for an enjoyable canoeing, kayaking or paddleboarding experience. For anglers, the lake is stocked with Smallmouth Bass, Brown Trout and Rainbow Trout.
The campground is well laid-out on the side of a low, wooded hill that gradually slopes down to the lake. There are 27 shaded, non-electric sites that can accommodate a tent and an RV/trailer (max length varies, see list below). Each site has a tent area, parking spur, picnic table and fire ring. Campground amenities include a small swimming beach, drinking water (electric well and hand-pump), and accessible vault toilets. A developed boat landing offers a gravel ramp, trailer turnaround, and trailer parking area. 14 sites are reservable and 13 are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Chipmunk Rapids Recreation AreaThe Chipmunk Rapids Campground sits in a pine and hardwood forest next to the scenic Pine River. Designated a scenic ‘Wild River’ by the State of Wisconsin, the river provides a fun, small-river paddling experience. Paddlers running this section often camp at the Chipmunk Rapids Campground on multi-day trips. An artesian well near the canoe landing flows year-round and produces natural drinking water.
There are 6 non-electric campsites available for tent and RV/trailer camping (max length varies, see list below). All sites are shaded and have a parking spur, picnic table, fire ring and tent area. Campground amenities include drinking water and vault toilets. All sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The canoe landing (carry-in access) and the artesian well are a short walk from the campground.
Stevens Lake Recreation AreaThis small, remote campground sits in a maturing maple forest on the west shore of a 290-acre lake. A few cabins and homes are located around Stevens Lake, however, most of the surrounding shoreline is undeveloped forest. The campground makes an excellent basecamp for anglers and fall hunters. Northern Pike, Panfish and Largemouth Bass can be caught in the lake’s shallow waters. Fall colors are often incredibly scenic.

'This facility has 18 sites on a quiet lake. Sites are $20.00 per night. There is a boat launch, pit toilets, water, sandy beach, and fishing. Each site has a picnic table, a fire grate, and electric hook-ups. This park also has a pavillion which can be rented for $25.00. Sites are available on a first come first serve basis.The Lake Emily Park Campground is located in the Town of Commonwealth. From US 2 in Florence turn South on County Hwy. N, go about three miles to County Hwy D, turn right (West) on County Hwy C, continue two miles to the campground and park.'

Sites are available on a first come first serve basis. The West Bass Lake Park Campground is located in the Town of Homestead. From Florence take Highway 101 South to County Hwy. C, watch for signage to the campground, about five miles from Hwy 101 turn left (North) on Fire Lane Road, continue one mile to the campground.'
