TRAILS

Grooming: Classic & skate. Multiple loop trail system.
Lighted for night skiing: 0.8 mile loop, open all night. Lights can be turned on and off by trail users at the trailhead.
Snowshoe Trails: Yes. Separate system but some trails are shared.

TRAIL NOTES

"The 32k of cross country ski trails at Palmquist Farm will take you through some of Wisconsin's most remote and beautiful forests and back country. You'll ski through maple groves and cedar swamps, up hardwood ridges and into the Tiaga ski trail north of The Farm. Try the 24-hour, lighted ski trail for an after-dinner or before-bed ski."

"Our cross country trails are groomed for skate skiing and classical skiing by our state-of-the-art Pisten Bully groomer. Our ski trails are very quiet with low traffic, so you can ski at your own pace. Year-round resort. Winter facilities include: lodging, parking, warming building (heated), restrooms, sledding hill, ice-skating, snow-shoeing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, Finnish sauna.

DIRECTIONS

From Tomahawk: drive 20 miles west on Highway 8, turn north onto River Rd and go 0.7 mile to Palmquist Farm.

From Prentice: drive 12 miles east on Highway 8, turn north onto River Rd and go 0.7 mile to Palmquist Farm.
