"The Timm's Hill Trail is groomed for both classic and skate skiing. It's groomed at minimum weekly and after each snowfall as necessary to ensure a quality skiing experience."
"From the south end, the first 3 miles of the trail start out fairly flat and are great for beginners and families. The next 7 miles get progressively hillier and offer more of a challenge for the intermediate to advanced skiers."

"Located near Timm's Hill, Wisconsin's highest geographical point, these 9 miles of trails traverse some of the most hilly terrain in the state. The winter landscape viewed from the top of the observation tower on Timm's Hill is very special. Forests of hardwood and hemlock border the full length of the trail. This is one of the finest trail systems around. Groomed for classic and skate skiing by the High Point Ski Club. Lighted night skiing is available for groups by appointment. The trail has three loops and joins the Timm's Hill Ski Trail which connects the High Point Ski Trail to the Rib Lake Area Ski Trails."

The Timm's Hill Trail is part of the US National Trail System. Except for the Timm's Hill County Park, the entire trail (THT) is on private property. The landowners have graciously allowed the trail to cross their property, so it's very important that all trail users respect the trail and the property it crosses.

DIRECTIONS
North Trailhead @ Timm's Hill County Park: From the Hwy 86 & County C intersection 4 miles east of Ogema (on Hwy 86), turn south onto County C, go 0.9 mile & veer left (east) onto County RR. Continue ahead on County RR for 0.4 mile to the Timm's Hill County Park entrance.
South Trailhead @ Rusch Preserve: From WI 102 Trunk & County C intersection 1.9 miles east of Rib Lake (on WI Trunk 102), turn north onto County C. Go 2.7 miles to the Rusch Preserve Parking Lot.
