Mt Ashwabay is a fun, family-orientated winter recreation area that is run by the Ashwabay Outdoor Educational Foundation (non-profit). The area features a ski hill with 12 runs, 2 terrain parks, a tubing hill, and an excellent cross-country ski trail system. Mt. Ashwabay hosts a ton of events and activities during the winter season.
